Very well looked after in an enviable position. All apartments are super well-kept and modern. We notice the attention to detail and the renewal year after year. Dedicated beach access and a small swimming pool complete this remarkable structure.
Good structure, very nice place (excellent beach and sea). Enzo and Andrea are really kind and professional, as is the girl in the office. I give 3 stars instead of 5 because they shouldn't allow guests' dogs to stay on the sunbeds on the beach and to roam free right in the umbrella area of the residence. Sometimes there were 3 dogs for 12 umbrellas... who obviously left their souvenirs, liquid and solid, where we would then have to walk barefoot or our children play. Truly a disgusting and unacceptable situation. It's a shame because it would be a very valid and well-managed residence if there were rules in this sense.

I finally found an elegant, clean, not crowded and wild place, in short, an oasis of peace. Super recommended for families with children thanks to the direct access to the sea and the small indoor swimming pool of the condominium
Very nice and well equipped residence directly on the beach. Very kind and helpful owners. Ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday, five minutes by car from the beautiful center of Termoli.
2021 Update: We returned for a week's holiday again this year. The level of hospitality has risen further: always available and attentive to the customer's needs.
The apartment with sea view is a plus. Waking up in the morning to the fresh wind, the sound of the waves and the view of the sea is priceless.
